These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SHERRI WOODS online store at sherriwoods.shop and all purchases made through it.
Agreement
By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Products and orders
We describe items as accurately as we can, including weights, burn times, paper stocks and dimensions. Screen colours vary slightly from real glass, wax, linen and paper; hand-poured candles vary in colour and surface texture, and letterpressed cards vary in impression depth. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline it for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limits, and we will refund anything already paid.
Prices, tax and shipping
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. Shipping costs are shown before payment. We may change prices at any time, but not after an order is accepted.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and our Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Safe use of candles and diffusers
Candles are an open flame. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable, trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn, and never burn a candle for longer than four hours. Stop burning when 10 mm of wax remains. Keep reed diffusers upright and out of reach of children and pets, and do not drink the oil. You are responsible for using these products safely.
Gift notes and personalisation
Where a gift note or personalisation is offered, it is produced as you supply it. We do not edit wording and cannot refund an item personalised with a spelling or message you provided. Gift notes are not price-bearing: packing slips in gift orders leave prices off.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the catalogue for commercial use, or use the site unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The SHERRI WOODS name, product photography and site copy belong to SHERRI WOODS and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHERRI WOODS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including implied warranties that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
