How long does a candle burn?
The 10 oz tumbler burns for about 60 hours; each 3 oz travel tin burns for about 18 hours. Burn 2–4 hours at a time, let the wax melt to the edge of the glass on the first burn, and trim the wick to 5 mm before each one.
What do the candles smell like?
Orchard & Cedar is green apple and pear over cedar with a little smoke. The travel trio adds Linen (clean cotton) and Fig (fig leaf and coconut). The reed diffuser is Linen & Fig. All fragrance is phthalate-free.
Where should I put the diffuser?
In a hallway, bathroom or small room — somewhere with a little air movement and no direct sun. Keep it off polished wood and marble: the oil will mark both. Eight reeds scent roughly 200 sq ft for three to four months.
Will a fountain pen bleed through the journal?
No. The paper is 100 gsm cream stock, which takes fountain ink and rollerball without ghosting. Very wet nibs with a heavy ink may show a faint shadow on the reverse; a gel pen will not.
What size are the cards and the journal?
Cards are 4.25 × 5.5 in (A2) with matching envelopes; the journal is 5.8 × 8.3 in (A5) with 192 pages. The notepads are 3.5 × 8.5 in.

When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days from Glendale, Arizona. Standard delivery is 3–6 business days in the contiguous US, expedited 2–3.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 in the contiguous US, otherwise $7. Expedited is $14. Alaska and Hawaii are $12 standard, $22 expedited.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where required. Arizona deliveries include Arizona transaction privilege tax at the city rate — 9.2% in Glendale (5.6% state, 0.7% Maricopa County, 2.9% city), calculated at checkout. Separately stated shipping is not taxed in Arizona.
Can I send something as a gift?
Yes. Candles and sets arrive boxed or banded with a printed card, cards and notepads ship in their own gift box or band, and you can add a gift note at checkout. Packing slips in gift orders leave the prices off. Gift wrapping beyond the packaging we already use is not offered.
Returns
Can I return a candle I have burned?
No — an unburned candle can be returned within 30 days; one that has been lit cannot, because it cannot be resold. If the wax tunnels badly or the wick is faulty within the first few burns, send a photo and we will replace it. See the Refund & Return Policy.
Can I exchange for another scent or colour?
Return the unused item and place a new order for the one you want — it reserves stock immediately. That is faster than a postal exchange.
